Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal data held by Stock2Market, including information associated with a connected Facebook or Instagram account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email james@stock2market.com with the subject Stock2Market Data Deletion Request.
  2. Tell us the email address associated with your Stock2Market account and, if applicable, the dealership or connected service involved. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
  3. We will acknowledge the request, verify your authority where necessary, and explain the deletion steps and any information we must retain for legal or security reasons.

Connected Facebook and Instagram accounts

You can also remove Stock2Market's access using the relevant Facebook or Instagram account's connected-app or business integration settings. Disconnecting a service stops future authorised access but does not necessarily delete content already published to that platform. Contact us if you also want us to review data retained within Stock2Market.

Information controlled by a dealership

Where information is held on behalf of a dealership, we may need to coordinate the request with that dealership.
